Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following normal business hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

Some insurance plans do provide for orthodontics. We participate in nearly all dental insurance plans and are eager to help you receive the maximum benefit from your plan. Please remember that most plans pay only a portion of your fee. You are, of course, responsible for any amount not covered by your plan.
